I love the staff!
I'm always in panic mode when I go for check ups But I have to say the panic subsided . My experience with my new hygienist was exceptional she made all the difference.
So I admit whole heartedly that I don't take care of my teeth. My own fault. So I wasn't surprised when I got a terrible toothache and had to go to the dentist. Also note: I don't like going to the dentist, surprise surprise. My Mother-in-law referred me to Northside Dental Clinic. And I'm so glad she did. The staff was extremely kind and sympathetic to my pain. They continuously checked to make sure I was ok with what they were doing, and that I was as comfortable as I could be. My first visit was extraordinary exceptional and the facility was immaculate.
Great people and care! They take care to do it the correct way.
I had to have a crown replaced, but first I had to have another root canal on that tooth. Sarah checked on me after that was done and realized I didn't have an antibiotic to fight the infection. She contacted Dr. Meyers even though it was a Sunday and got a prescription for me. They took wonderful gentle care. I had to have another crown and a filling all in the same time frame. No issues at all with either of those.
I had appt today and Dr. Hayter and Kristi made me feel so welcome and helped me understand how important it is to take care of your teeth. Good job!
My visit was very good. The staff goes out of their way to help you.
