Had my cavity fill appointment after it was found a couple months back at my 6 month cleaning. When the filling was scheduled for a week later, I asked to wait until the new year (insurance purposes). No issues with this. When I arrived at my appointment, after my new insurance was approved with no issues, I inquired how deep the cavity was and if I could go without Novocain (injection point causes more pain for me that lingers 2-3 days). I am absolutely petrified of dentists due to a horrible childhood experience. I have not been back for more than 13 years. I ended up breaking a tooth and had to see a dentist. I tried your office, and the whole staff was amazing. Even offered to let me hold their hand. Dr Hayter was amazing and took his time with me. Thank you for making my experience a good one.

Yesterday I had an appointment with Dr. Kaelin and Nicole for an extraction. I was pretty nervous and Nicole was very nice and put me at ease immediately. It turned out to be a good appointment and quick also. Thanks to both Dr. Kaelin and Nicole!!

Staff is always caring, considerate and professional. Would highly recommend this clinic for all ages. I brought my mom who has Alzheimer’s and they were so sweet and understanding.
