I've been going to Northside Dental for a few years now and can't say enough good things about Dr. Hayter and all the staff there. Going to the dentist is not what I would call a great time; however Paige and Sam made sure I felt welcome and completely at ease the entire time I was there. They took special note of the sensitivity I have and make sure I am comfortable. This is a top-notch practice and I highly recommend them!

I just have to say that I have had some major problems with my teeth lately and everyone (from the sweet beautiful ladies up front, to my beautiful, oh so amazing dental assistant, Tiffany, to the awesome Dr. Hyter. at Northside Dental has been so kind and genuinely caring in the whole process of getting my issues taken care of. They have always made me feel welcome and comfortable. They never act like it’s a bother to have to come in extra. They treat everyone like they are their number one patient.
It’s always so nice to get the same personnel! Experienced and personable staff making a not so fun event enjoyable!

I recently moved to Springfield and was in need of a new dentist. I called for a new patient appointment and got in surprisingly quick! The office staff was very friendly and professional! I look forward to my new relationship and would highly recommend Northside Dental Clinic to anyone!

The whole group there is outstanding!!! I’ve had both my upper and lower teeth completely replaced this past year. To say I was terrified at the thought of having that done was being kind. The team, Tiffany, Kelly and Dr H, talked me through everything that was going to happen and it got me through it all. I couldn’t be happier. The office staff, Sam and Maggie are amazing. The dental hygienist that I see is literally the sweetest person! She always make sure you're doing okay while efficiently doing her job. She's definitely makes sure your comfort and needs come first.
