Everyone in this office is attentive, efficient and kind.
I've had a great deal of dental work done in my life. I continue to be very impressed with Northside Dental Clinic and the care I get there. The people are wonderful to deal with and the care gentle and top-notch.
The staff was very friendly and personable! This made dentistry a pleasant experience. Also, staff was attentive to sanitation procedures!
They always take good care and work you in when you need it thank you so much.
I was very pleased, as always with Paige who is a wonderful hygienist. She is very caring and considerate and gentle. I enjoy getting to visit with her while she works. I saw Dr. Kaelin and he is very thorough and professional. He has been my husband's dentist for several years and he is very pleased with his care, as well. It was a great experience. I would highly recommend Northside Dental Clinic.
Very good experience, I was able to get in the next morning, everyone was so kind and professional. The building was clean and everyone masked. I felt safe entering and exiting the building. I have been a patient here for about 7 years.
No one likes to get a crown but if you need one, you can get it the same day. Dr. Kaelin knows his stuff and has a very friendly, courteous staff. You won't be disappointed with him!
I arrived a little early. Your staff took me in early. I was always made to feel at ease. I knew I hadn't taken care of me teeth properly between visits, but I was never berated for being too lazy to take care of my teeth. I have had dentists before that shamed me for not brushing or flossing. Never wanted to return to their office. Your office was absolutely wonderful to me. Thanks!
Everyone at Northside and James River are awesome!! I really appreciate all the kindness and helplfuness I've received from everyone!! Dr. Kaelin is awesome!
