Very High marks, quote, communication and schedule keeping was outstanding. Installers were the best. It was an unbearably hot day, and they were on time, cleaned up and were just great. The storm door was ordered to the wrong size and needs to be installed, and then a perfect job will be complete. Great Job Northshore Window & Siding!
I am very pleased with the work that was done for me. Through no fault of Northshore Window, the first windows that were delivered were incorrect. The manufacturor sent the wrong color. That is the only reason that I would rate them as "fair" in Timeliness. Jim was a pleasure to work with and kept me posted on a regular basis as to the status of my order. I have only good things to say about Jim and his crew. Jim provided me with a quote and explained to me in detail what they will be doing and not doing. The crew is very professional, showed up on time, finished the job nice and clean. I spent a bit more compared with other quotes I got, but it definitely worthes it.
We had 3 windows and 1 slider put into a sunroom, along with a bay window. The 3 windows and slider needed to have new openings, and we have very old aluminum siding. Northshore did a great job with cutting out the openings, and re-using our existing siding. We'd recommend them, and will hire them again for a similar project we have coming up in the near future. The staff is very professional and proficient. Our calls were always returned, and our questions were always answered. And we asked a lot!

Jim Shields and his crew could not have been nicer. They did a professional, quick and clean job. I replaced 26 windows & a sliding door and they had the job done in 2 1/2 days. I am so happy with my new windows and I already notice a difference with my A/C efficiency...I can't wait for winter to test them. I could not give a higher recommendation to a business, they are A++++. This is the best business refferal that ServiceMagic has given me. I've already recommended them to others.
