Northshore Window is LOCAL; they are located 2-3 miles from my home. Nationally advertised window companies are located 3000 miles from my home. Jim and his employees provided quality care from initial evaluation throughout installation. I felt comfortable having the work done in my home while I was out of the house. Did a great job and cleaned up well. Once they were done, it was like they were never there.
Northshore did a great job with the windows. They did the job efficiently and to our satisfaction. we decided to hire them to replace more windows this spring.
Everyone I met from the company was prompt, professional, and courteous. They cleaned up after they were done and were responsive to all my inquiries. I would recommend them.
