I have tried contacting their office on multiple occasions to see about property availability. No one answers their phone or emails EVER. For WEEKS. I stopped by and got death stares by those who I assume live in the neighborhood and no one was in the office when I knocked on the door. Do better.

I came here a while back looking to purchase a condo. I felt racially profiled by members of the HOA we ran into during my tour as well as the tour guide themself. I was extremely uncomfortable and felt overwhelmed by their demeaning presence and their lack of transparency on rules, regulations, and the community itself. This place is very nice/clean. Everyone is very kind, however the garbage pickup is often late and you can easily hear neighbors. All and all, the place is something you should look into!
