The receptionists who answer the phones for this number are rude as hell. Treat you like an idiot when you are inquiring about information that is literally listed on THEIR website. How is it my fault YOUR practice does not keep it updated lol? Came at me with a horrible attitude from the get-go for no reason. You can hate your job, but don't take it out on people who are calling to GET HELP. Unreal.

Good luck even trying to get an appointment. Calling is an obstacle alone. Literally shut me down with such attitude. How do they hire such horrible people to answer the phones for people with mental health conditions?? We’re done with NorthShore all together. This is a review for the people answering the phones. By the way, they could careless about you. Made that very clear.
What a Dangerous and Uncaring Doctor! This doctor prescribed me dangerous psychiatric drugs without warning me their ability to cause involuntary movements, Akathesia, suicide thoughts, insomnia, etc. Run away! I am weaned off of this garbage for good and done with her fraudulent addictive practices.
I discovered after seeing this Psychiatris that she is just a legalized drug dealer (along with all Psychiatrists) and her dangerous SSRIs and Antidepressants do NOT work and actually harmed me. I am no longer addicted to this garbage and now understand why returning military service personnell are dong themselves in - It is the wicked withdrawal symptoms of the benzos. -- insomnia, akathesia, chemecal labotomy, brain dysfunction, etc. Run away!!!!!!
