Dr. Jade did a great job of diagnosing My issue with My back and nerve problems. She put together a program for me and I’m looking forward to using it. I feel a time better From Being seen by her and going through the therapy I received.
Dr Jade is our queen! I have been getting adjusted at NSPH since my first pregnancy 6 years ago. She is amazing. She has also adjusted my son and daughter since birth and we are all obsessed with her. When we have our appointment days, we are all excited to go and see Kortnee as our first smiling face when we walk in, then Dr Jade for our appointments. Adjustment days are our favorite days and we all feel so good after! This office has become family and it’s one of our favorite places to be! We love you NSPH!

Went for my first time to Pro-Active Health in Libertyville. What a great experience and such knowledgeable doctors and staff. They take the time to listen which doesn't happen much anymore. The office has a great overall vibe as well.
I went in with stabbing shoulder pain and the team at North Shore Pro-Active Health helped me get my life back to normal! Pain gone, strength back! Thanks to all the ladies on staff!
