The arrival room was empty. Two people were sitting at the desk. I went to the desk to say hi and check in and was scolded for going to the desk to check in. Again, nobody was there waiting.
It was a weirdly rude reception experience -- almost Kafkaesque. Would not recommend.

Receptionist was extremely rude but everybody else was very polite and professional, so I hate leaving a 1 star review, but it’s only due to the experience I had with the receptionist. I had my insurance card on my phone thinking that was enough. I got blown up at for not downloading their portal app and putting it there. I understand they use the portal and expect insurance, but I figured the bringing the card on my phone was fine.
