I had an appointment, so I go. The place is empty. Phone doesn't work. Website is inactive. No mentioning of address change or communication at all. Did you just seriously take my money and run with it when I still have scheduled appointments I have already paid for?!
First off, I would like to say I have all my plastic surgery procedures done in Miami with very reputable doctors offices and spas and I dont mind spending money when the spa or doctor s offices are excellent but I should have known this from Knoxville, recently moved here from Atlanta and I guess if you haven't been to somewhere else YOU DONT KNOW WHAT YOUR MISSING. I'm giving a 1star bc at least when I called to make an appointment the gentleman was very courteous. I personally have never been to this establishment but on JAN 21st both me and my sister purchased separate Groupons and made a future appointments for the procedure. On JAN 25 we both receive a notification from Groupon that our purchases have been refunded. I've never had this happen. I attempted to call the company to find out what has occurred and I get a recording that the phone is disconnected or is no longer inservice... read more

The staff is great! They make you feel really comfortable and answer any questions you have. I would definitely recommend them.
