I have had a horrible experience with NorthShore. The wait times on the phone were 15 minutes today. Dr Zuk NEVER returns urgent phone calls after I beg his receptionist to have him return my calls. I need to send URGENT health care power of attorney documents in PDF form and they only accept a fax or mailed in documents! They refused to give me their email address!! What year is this NS??? Get up to speed!!!
I got kicked out of this Clinic because they failed to even do the proper tests that I need it done and it wasn't just one visit I was there five times then had to go to the hospital then to the ENT and then recommended to Vancouver. in the parking lot. then after having me wait in the parking lot well they kept talking to the doctor they told me I would have to see another doctor since I had a sore throat but I was seeing the person who was supposed to do an endoscope and he was aware of my problems. 2 weeks later I got a l... read more
Unacceptable conduct of medical professionals. Also, seemingly illiterate.
This establishment has at least one openly racist employee. Jessica Phelps. I would stear Entirely clear of this place.

Professional personal that make you feel comfortable
We were able to access the walk in clinic (without being previous patients) while on vacation with our grandkids. 8 year old miserable with strep throat. Super pleased with the staff and they were able to access previous records from Tri-Cities for the kid so Dr Bolstad could determine the right antibiotic to get him better!
They have already exceeded my expectations for helping my special needs son. Dr. Gimenez and her staff worked with my pcp Skyline Family Medical Dr. Didier & Dr. Nika (rock stars), and together they got him scheduled to be seen. They really care about helping people.
