I contacted Melody at North Shore Home Care to explore caregiver options for my sister who was in hospice. Melody was the first person to come to mind, as I previously worked with her and was very familiar with her work ethic and true commitment to serving clients in any and every way possible. She genuinely cares about those she serves and is so professional in meeting client needs. I very highly recommend NorthShore Home Care. It would be hard to find a better combination of compassion and professional competence than we experienced in working with Melody to find a caregiver for a friend's wife.

I can only vouch for Melody's character as I have no experience personal experience with NorthShore Home Care. However, I can't imagine that, with Melody as the Director, that the care could be anything short of superb. When I worked with Melody at a Mental Health Facility she was relatively young and I was very impressed with her compassion, competency, humor and wisdom. NS Home care has provided incredible care for my father and really gone above and beyond. I don't know where we would be without them. Thank you Melody and the entire NS Home Care team!
