Very disappointed in the professionalism of Lucas. We hired Northshore to do our landscaping and also garbage removal in our community. The first 6 months were great. His crew did a great job and just went down hill from there. They constantly forgot to empty our garbages which created more mess everywhere in which Lucas would then charge more for additional clean up services. Lucas and his crew are amazing!! We needed a deck built around our above ground pool and Lucas’ team did not disappoint. The deck is absolutely amazing. Our development initially had a ton of issues with landscaping. North Shore Landscaping was hired on to clean up our community and bring our greenery back to life. They have done a beautiful job of it! The owner is extremely responsive and works closely with our board of directors to ensure the funds our community puts towards curb appeal make an impact. I hired Northshore, after receiving a recommendation from a neighbor. We hired Northshore for some work in our backyard and could not be happier with the end results. His crew were always on time, polite, and extremely meticulous with every detail.
