Well... I had the same dentist, Dr. John Webber, from the age of 12 years old to 40 years old and I was devastated when he announced his retirement. So devastated that I didn't see a dentist for 3 years! Then, I was introduced to Premier Dental! I had to get 4 filings and I was horrified, but the dentist & her assistant, Connie, where so patient and understanding throughout my procedures. This horrid place did unnecessary work on my then 5 year old. While he was under then kept adding more work telling me it had to be done. He was under for 4 1/2 hours and then suffered for almost two weeks after this!!! Come to find out it illegal for them to add more work when he is under without a parents consent which I NEVER provided!!!! A new dentist confirmed most of the work done was never needed and was not done correctly at all! Our new dentist has reported them and managed to get them shut done!! I will be reportin... read more

Her appt was at noon sunday...they said she was getting 5 fill ins done and it would take about an hour...a little after 2pm she finally got done and come to find out they only did 2...and not even on the same side, but opposite sides which makes no sense...not to mention it went from an hour to do 5 as they stated up front to over 2 hours to only do 2 fill ins....too much of an inconvenience and this isn't the first time we've spent hours there for a simple, non issued procedure.
