I had an appointment today at 2:10pm. I filled out the paperwork, and I waited for the receptionist to enter my information. After a few minutes, the receptionist called me up to the front desk, and she asked me for a payment of $249.00. I explained to her that I didn't have $249.00 on me. She told me that they called me twice and left a message. I told her that I did call them on Friday to confirm my appointment, and nobody mentioned a $249.00 payment would be due. Dr. Walter Tatch is most professional and knowledgeable oral surgeon I know! I had my wisdom teeth removed at Gurnee location and it was amazing experience! My bottom wisdom teeth were impacted and really close to my facial nerves; nevertheless, Dr. Tatch did incredible job and my recovery went fast with minimal pain. Also, office staff was very organized and friendly. I am definitely going to come back to see Dr.Tatch if I will have any other problems in future.
I have the utmost respect for Dr. Tatch and his outstanding team. I just had major oral surgery and am home healing with really very little discomfort. I feel good about how the outcome will be. I highly recommend him for anyone that needs implants or surgery. I'd never go to anyone else.
