The management office staff has been extremely helpful, knowledgeable and professional. The door staff and maintenance staff in the building are friendly and responsible. The building is well maintained. TGM Northshore is a very nice place to live.
My mother told me “If I have nothing to say that’s nice, then don’t say it”. But the Building manager is awful to people and makes you feel uncomfortable
TGM NorthShore is a good building with a lot of potential but it’s obvious Mgmt isn’t interested in reinvesting to build for the future. The building is 10+yrs. old and lots of things are getting dated. I could go on and on about various improvements that could use face lifts but I’m not going to here. More important to me personally is I’d like to see Mgmt. make enhancements to many of the common areas so there are more social areas for residents and guests to “hangout” and interact with one another.
