Meg helped us so much throughout the entire process, and we truly appreciate all of her help and support. She was very patient in explaining everything to us, especially because we are new to the U.S. and are still not very fluent in English. Mary Greenfield is very diligent and responsible. She always gives us a warm welcome and patiently answers our questions. Since we are new to the US with limited English proficiency, she accommodates us by speaking slower for better understanding. She is excellent, and we highly appreciate her support.
The management office staff has been extremely helpful, knowledgeable and professional. The door staff and maintenance staff in the building are friendly and responsible. The building is well maintained. TGM Northshore is a very nice place to live.
My mother told me “If I have nothing to say that’s nice, then don’t say it”. But the Building manager is awful to people and makes you feel uncomfortable
