I have lived here for six weeks and it’s been great. The management is very responsive to any request and very friendly. The building is upscale and kept very clean. I really love the location and being right near stores and Botanic Gardens.
Let's start with the good - great location,, apartments are well designed, amenities are great, maintenance team and door person were always helpful. Now the bad - the office management has been a nightmare. First, if you are considering a lease renewal, management will only tell you the price of rent for the upcoming lease 2 weeks before you have to give notice if you're going to move out. The worst part for me happened after moving out. It took nearly 6 months to receive my security deposit. I asked for updates in writing ... read more

I have been a renter for 7 plus years and I can only say it’s the best apartment complex barring none. The cheerful staff, the amenities, are second to none. The location is the best ever, at far as being close to everything. The staff makes you feel like family. And most important I truly feel like home. I recommend TGM north shore there’s none better.
