A full honest review. Application process was a bit long and communication could’ve been better however Meg and the team were lovely overall. Move-in day process was a bit too long but I see why it’s needed. Was a bit unclear on parking situation however we got it cleared away. The unit, everything was good overall. Main concern is being addressed so should mitigate any confusion. Overall the TGM is trying their best. Meg Greenfield is an outstanding sales and resident associate at TGM North Shore in Northbrook, IL. She provides a quick understanding of the rental units and then for us suggested which one to rent. I recommend TGM Northshore for anyone looking for a great location, upscale luxury apartment with finishes, and an easy commute whether downtown Chicago, Milwaukee, or surrounding areas.
Meg is really good to help and nice to everyone. We like the location of the property, convenient to everywhere. Good school district as well.
I’ve been viewing lots of apartments and it’s been extremely exhausting. But when I came here it felt perfect, not only because of the amenities and the layout but a lot due to Pat! She was absolutely amazing at explaining things to me and showing me everything that I was interested in. I am very excited to move in and start my new journey. Thank so much pat!!!
