I was amazed they showed up the same day. They gave me a quote and performed the work the same day. They were local and kept up with me and made appointments. They are very reliable and sticks to the schedule.
The owner of this company arrived at my home 15 min after I hit the submit button. He is local of course and saw my reason for using "servicemagic" was dissatisfaction with current vendor who I had fired. So he knew it was OK to come by in person and be the first one to make and seal the deal. And that he did. That is part one. Part two of course is performance. NorthShire Landscaping came by to give us an estimate for a small job that included re-building a granite stepway from our driveway to the front yard. The price quoted was a fair price. They showed up on time for the job, were very professional, worked hard to see that the job was done according to our specifications, did a tremendous job of cleaning up the area afterwards, and were courteous throughout the day as we checked on their progress.
