Stopped answering phones/text after initial call.
I recently worked with RJ Soni on the purchase of a new condo and was very pleased with how well he handled the purchasing process. He did a great job in identifying potential condos for me based on the criteria I had set. He was very professional in all the tasks and followed through on every item. I recommend working with him.
After my settlement attorney was appalled at all the bad news she had to deliver instead of my agent properly informing or preparing me, I am compelled to write a review detailing this team's severe negligence. The ONLY document my agent ever reviewed with me in ANY detail at all was the listing agreement. Makes sense now, but at the time I appreciated it.
