Terrible service. Multiple times I have been left in zoom waiting rooms and had to call to have somebody get me connected. Then I am told about a balance insurance didn't cover. I wasn't told until after my appointment was already rescheduled. I was told in a text message. I had to ask for an invoice to be sent to me to pay and then they told me it was an outstanding balance and therefore my rescheduled appointment was canceled.
