I bring patients here frequently and they end up waiting 20 minutes or more to be seen every single time. Often it's half an hour or longer before you're called in. No apologies given for excessive wait time or anything. God forbid you are 5 minutes late - you'll end up waiting another 5 minutes in line to check in just to be told youre too late for the appointment. They'll make you reschedule, even though you'd be waiting to be seen more than 20 minutes and should still be seen. I dread taking patients here. My suggestion -... read more
