Front desk not qualified didn't understand my authorization and the code on it I have to call my primary care physician no AC in the waiting room and too much time waiting but very nice radiologist and professional for him 5 Star
Arrived for an appointment. Presented appointment slip to receptionist. She redirected me to another location without checking her computer monitor. Arrived after driving to other location and was sent back to the original location 8227 Reseda Blvd. Arrived again presented paperwork. No apology was given for misdirection to other location. Stacy was so rude!!!!!! Lose the attitude woman.
Staff are less than friendly to the patients , especially in front desk .
I had xrays done and it was a good experience they accommodated me with time and made it very comfortable every one had mask on it was very clean 🧼
