Been using this place for a few years now and idk what happened but the service went to 💩. Won’t be spending another penny here and I suggest you go anywhere else
RecommendedI've been taking my Element to NRAC for more than 6 yrs, and my sister took her cars there for more than 15. They are top-of-the line, reasonably priced, and truthful about what they find and what needs to be done when. I've been going there since 2008. I was cautious at first as I am a woman who knows very little about cars. That soon became very obvious to them. (They are VERY clear that they could tell me ANYTHING and I'd probably believe them.) However, they have never tried to take advantage of that and have taken excellent care of my car. I was referred to Northridge by an associate of mine who has been using them for years. I called them for a quote and was pleasantly surprised! It was substantially less than I was expecting and what I had been quoted other places. They were able to take me that same day and said it would take abt 2-3 hrs to complete the repairs. It ended up taking a little less than that. The staff was friendly and fast. They have definitely earned my future business!
Excellent service with a smile! I had called the other day to ask how long an oil change would take. They said around 15 minutes. So today I dropped off my mini, grabbed a bite to eat and by the time I was done my mini was ready. They checked and filled fluids and even made sure she didn't need anything else. Perfect service!
Seriously the best group out there! I feel comfortable and trust they are giving me honest feedback. Little do other places know I helped my dad work on cars when I was younger. I've had other places try to pass air filters off that I knew were not mine! Great staff, great prices and awesome customer service!
