What a great apartment building and well managed. It's a family-owned business and not a big corporation. I have to laugh at some previous reviews because I know for a fact that Evan always picks up after his dog and has his dog leashed. The accusations failed to tell you that their dog was off leash and approached Evan and his dog as they're minding their own business simply walking up the public sidewalk! There's really no reasoning with people like that when they can't take responsibility for their own action.
Manager was harassing my wife and recording her on a different property when we were visiting family thankfully they have cameras so if we need to move forward we will, because no manager would be acting like that my wife continued on her walk she saw an old man that was walking out of the office she went up to him because he looked nothing like the bald man that was harassing her only to tell her she was trespassing you could tell that he was discriminating against her because she is Mexican.
The manager Evan harassing as per usual while his dog poops and he never picks it up. This is gross. I watched a horrible encounter he made a woman feel so unsafe and kept harassing her when his dog was attacking another dog. He also kept hiding behind the fact that hes a manager from a different building and demanded her apartment #. Such a weird man. I went on my walk and took these pictures so i am on the side walk would never want to encounter this scary man and his drama.
Evan seems like a really knowledgeable and likable manager. The apartments I toured were in excellent condition also.
