We really just wanted a safe and convenient place to live here in the East Bay but what we got was a complex that is constantly full of trash/dumping, transients breaking into cars/gates, and a management team that can't seem to get anything accomplished (while refusing to acknowledge the tenants or listen to their valid concerns). Please seek elsewhere to find affordable housing - it's not worth it to deal with this BS and feel unsafe in your own apartment. Nasty disgusting, and the staff are only here to rip you off. We've had laundry stolen, all of our cars have been broken into, drugs have been found in the elevators and the staff take no responsibility. Stay far away from northridge as possible, its a homeless shelter.
The on site staff is top notch!! The community is well maintained and located near DVC. 5 stars all the way!
