I am finally seeing some much needed improvement. Way to go Ms Cheyenne! She is an excellent property manager, and things are getting done. The buildings are getting painted and the trash doesn't pile up like it used to. The rules are enforced for everybody's safety . I appreciate great management. Now if I could only get some black mulch in front of my unit and window screens. It would be so nice if we could get a pool and gym as well.

I can’t wait to get away from this nasty lazy place! I have been here for 6 years and the whole time I have had the worst experience! The management here don’t care about anything but getting a paycheck and doing stuff when it’s convenient for her which is never! The mold here is everywhere and they don’t do anything about it! So we have to do what we can and every year the rent goes up! We’re almost paying a house mortgage for a 1 bedroom! It just doesn’t make any sense! I am doing an updated review of the apartments now that I have been here 2 plus years. They have had trouble keeping a maintenance man. Now that they have one, I submitted a request a long time ago for some window screens and told they were ordered. I have yet to see it put in. I asked for some mulch or gravel to be put down in front of my unit because it gets very muddy and I tripped on the vine roots which could be covered, but nobody does anything. Mold everywhere, the place is falling apart, and they can’t keep a maintenance person for more than a week, office is always closed. They also went through three property managers in the two years we lived there. When you move out, they’ll throw a bunch of random charges at you and send you straight to a collections company that never responds.
