I have had the best experience with this surgical center. Mindy and Janelle are very nice and funny. They are professional and know their jobs. It is quite nerve racking having surgery especially on your eyes like me. But they both made me feel comfortable and really cared.
I essentially paid $1700 to this place on top of the insane amount that they billed my insurance and they're too stupid to take a payment over the phone... don't even get me started on when they wouldn't give me a box of tissues for the drive home when my husband was bleeding all over the place. This place is horribly unprofessional and expensive compared to other surgical centers/hospitals. No clue what I'm paying for at this point.
My son had tubes put in his ears yesterday and staff was absolutely amazing! My son doesn't like new face but he waa comfortable with one of the anesthesiologist. Put my worry at ease! Thank you to Dr. Venturas team.
I love this place. I have worked for Dr. Halladay for 10 years. I work with the staff at Northpointe on a daily basis. They are a great group of people to work with. My daughter has had 2 surgeries there and they took super good care of her. Great place.
It was a wonderful experience. Absolute best care ever.
