We’ve been going to Northpointe Pediatrics for the last 10 years and we absolutely love it there! Even when we can’t see our pcp, we’ve enjoyed the rest of the doctors there as well! The staff is super friendly too! Definitely recommend!
I couldn’t ask for a better pediatrician, we initially picked them because they were close to our house. We’ve since moved and still drive the 25 minutes to get there because their worth it. Dr. Marchand is amazing and really cares about our kids. When my baby was having some problems, she even called us at 1030 at night to make sure we were good through the night. We love Northpointe Pediatrics! Dr. Leo is our go-to, but every doctor we've encountered we've been big fans of. I feel confident in their care for our sweet babe.
The staff at this office is very rude and incompetent. They billed my daughter for my sons treatment. When I told the receptionist that there was an error, she got frustrated and ran my card a second time. The next day I called to tell them I was overcharged, they told me to wait a couple days for the money to go back in my card. However, my bank doesn’t allow debit refunds. Love Northpointe Pediatrics. All the doctors are patient and kind. Willing to answer all my parental questions whether it be a well visit or sick visit. Our two favorite doctors are Dr. Laura Clark and Dr. Deanna Denysenko. Clean facility and friendly polite staff.
Dr. Engle has an excellent bedside manner. Very to the point and no nonsense. My son enjoys his visits.
