Sharing this in hopes it reaches the staff. I wanted to share my experience in case it helps someone else in the future. A ferritin level below 30 with symptoms — and anything under 15 with or without symptoms — is considered an iron deficiency. Front office staff and nurses were great! The doctor has an unprofessional attitude. The doctor was condensending with responses. Had several visits to determine my opinion.
