Found out recently that if having your ears rinsed out hurts with sharp sensations the nurse is purposely hurting you, or negligent when told of the pain. Nurse here gave me the most sharply painful inner ear experience I’ve had in my life, should have spoke up and left, however I did not know any better. Either zero skill, zero care, or purposeful action led to poor treatment and a poor rating, if possible take your business elsewhere. I have been going here along time and I have to say how great the staff is here. They get me in right away when I need to be seen and are very attentive and proactive. My primary is David Dick he is by far the best provider I have ever had. He listens to my concerns and is always able to find the best way to navigate any health issues I come in with. If your looking for a new clinic give this one a try you won’t be disappointed.

Sharing this in hopes it reaches the staff. I wanted to share my experience in case it helps someone else in the future. A ferritin level below 30 with symptoms — and anything under 15 with or without symptoms — is considered an iron deficiency. Great practice!!! Nurses and reception are always great! Testing staff are fast and great! Elizabeth Diperna is by my favorite primary I’ve ever had!
