I had such a great experience at Northpointe Dental! Everyone was SO nice and welcoming from the second I walked in. I never felt judged or uncomfortable at all. I usually HATE going to the dentist, but they made me feel completely at ease throughout my visit. Dr. Craig Rathjen was great and gave me a lot of really helpful information and took the time to explain everything to me. I’m so glad I found this place and would definitely recommend them!
Dr. Rathjen and his staff are wonderful, I had a broken tooth and they were able to see me right away. They listen to your concerns and are very patient. Thank you Dr. Rathjen.
Elle does a great job of cleaning. The entire office is very well organized and very pleasant. Plenty of reminders about appointments. We’ve been with Dr. Rathjen for over 20 years. Very detailed and takes great pride in his work.
I love this place and the staff!! I am one of those people who are so afraid of going to the dentist that recently I didn't go for a whole three years and my teeth were TERRIBLE. When I finally worked up the courage to go, they worked with me to make sure that I was comfortable and able to get the work done that I needed. I have been to many different dentists but these people go above and beyond to work with you both financially and emotionally so that you can feel better about your smile.
