Living here was okay. The location was pretty central since most stores are in the area. What I did not consider when moving in was that there were ambulance sirens going off every day considering that Mercy hospital was walking distance as well. Management: 3 out of 5 stars It is hard to get a hold of management at times. I did not get a pre-move out inspection and only got half my deposit back. Handled great and fast! AC works awesome In the bedroom one ini giving room is way better and the bar in front of the toilet to stand helps a ton and get into the shower
We've lived at Northpointe now for 3 years and have been absolutely pleased. We've tranfered units a couple times and management makes it a breeze. Very quite, can't hear things from the adjacent walls. The pool and gym are well worth the extra penny! Although Id say the best part of living here is getting to know Samantha, who literally is the best thing ever! She always calls and answers your emails THE SAME DAY! Can't get better than that.
