Terrible rent price! Which is which when regards to billing statement, conservice, bilt, resident! Different amount! When you enrol in auto deduction and your bank was late to process immediate charge will add to your bills! Utility bill on apartment and utility in Anoka! In other apartment garbage and water are free! So many times we pleaded to leave because we cannot afford anymore to pay, they refuse or else pay the fine of 2 months which is euivalent to $3,400!
