I am a current resident and I do not advise anyone to move into this place! It's terrible! You will have continuous maintenance problems and they will never get fixed. Management is terrible and unorganized. When something in the apartments need fixing you have to pay for the repairs yourself or do without. If you try to call the office they either don't answer your call or tell you they are filling out a work order for repairs to be fixed and no one ever shows up. I am a current resident that has had nothing but problems with the apartment I'm in. They show you a model apartment that has nice flooring and appliances. You get into an apartment finally and it has worn out filthy carpet and old appliances. Lord help if you have anything that goes wrong. It takes FOREVER to get repairs done! But yet they want their money on time or they threaten to evict. As soon as I'm able to my husband and I are out of here! Don't waste your time calling this apartment complex!
I hate it here, can't wait to get out. They do not fix things in a timely manner, and its the fault of new owners, they do not have enough people on staff for a complex this size. However, they seem to have them doing "turn Key" more than fixing things that are a problem for their current residents. Something is ALWAYS broken, air, toilets, appliances. the pool is filthy about half the time, the other half it's locked.
