One star because they closed permanently. I visited the shop days ago, July 2023, to see firmly closed door - a next-door business confirmed that they closed permanently. What a shame
I called Craig at Northpoint Motor Body Repairs looking for some urgent assistance (a simple ask that I was not capable of but needed doing within the hour). I arrive and I was taken care of immediately, the service was incredible and Craig even entertained the questions (of which there were a lot) from my 7 year old daughter. His attention to detail, manner and service was impeccable. Any future service I would not hesitate to reach out to Craig and his team.
Greetings, now you will know that this is a genuine review because if you google me you will see that I am an 83 year old lass with an excellent reputation. I was just so impressed with Craig, I liked the cut of his jib immediately I spoke with him, a genuine guy. Not only that, but I am sure you will not be surprised to know that his quote was TWO THOUSAND, TWO HUNDRED LESS, I REPEAT, LESS, than a business in the next street.
