I am extremely frustrated and disappointed with the management of this building. I have been waiting nearly a month for something as basic as my mailbox key, and all I’ve received are excuse after excuse. At this point, the property manager, Yormellie, has completely stopped responding to my calls and texts, which is unacceptable. Edit: The management team reached out to me about this issue after this review and refunded my half month of rent from December. I appreciate the fast response. I was a tenant at Crestwood Apartments in Middletown. I paid rent for the full month of December and had not fully moved out, but my belongings were removed from the unit during that time. A new tenant then moved in halfway through the month, and I was told I would receive my security deposit and a refund for the unused portion of rent. While my deposit was returned,... read more
We had a hard time getting our security back 😔 might have to take Garden Hill Apartments to small claims court.
Management is very unprofessional I’ve lived here for about 2 years now broken windows maintenance req nothing gets done. Nancy in the office is rude and thinks she runs everything. Do not move here . Ever
Andrew has been nothing but a sweet soul during my time of need, living in the location that I have been has been the best thing. When I was really going through it, Andrew (Andy for short) stepped in and was able to work with me through my medical issues as well, make sure that I was a forever tenant. He has my attention for sure and I’m glad I can contact this man whenever and he is able to help me through anything. I give this man more than a 10 out of 10. He deserves a 1000 for sure.
