Seramonte estates in Hamden has the worst of the worst management at the moment. No snow removal they don’t repair our damages they just cover them up. Maintenance doesn’t know how to do basic maintenance and the property manager tries to cover up everything The way she mistreats everyone and goes back making everyone else to be the villain to her superiors is sickening. Seramonte estates in Hamden ct is the worst it’s ever been due to the management they’ve allowed to come in. We’re supposed to have a pool. This is the only time in the past 40 years we never had a pool. Property manager refuses to give us any concessions on our rent. The management is the worst I have ever seen. Keyla who runs Seramonte’s estates as well as other properties for this management Is a habit habitual and pathological liar it’s disturbing. Our complex was starting to get good after Northpoint took over when we had a property manager and team that was at least trying to make things better. I am extremely frustrated and disappointed with the management of this building. I have been waiting nearly a month for something as basic as my mailbox key, and all I’ve received are excuse after excuse. At this point, the property manager, Yormellie, has completely stopped responding to my calls and texts, which is unacceptable. Edit: The management team reached out to me about this issue after this review and refunded my half month of rent from December. I appreciate the fast response. I was a tenant at Crestwood Apartments in Middletown. I paid rent for the full month of December and had not fully moved out, but my belongings were removed from the unit during that time.
