almost constant annoyances. it is never quiet. people moving in and out regularly. there is always someone doing something that makes noise. and kids in the playground that sound crazy. and everywhere are bright motion detecting lights and cameras. without any notice you might find people on your roof or in your yard area saying they are doing work. overkill on the gardening--multiple times per week with the weed wackers, blowers, mowers causing not only noise but air pollution. toxic clothes softener fragrance fills the air... read more
I have lived here since 2004, and have seen parts of this community go down hill. The gym during the summer time, especially the sauna is littered in cockroaches. Most of the walking areas you will see cockroaches roaming around. I even see them roaming up and down mine and my neighbors front/back porch steps. I have since put cockroach bait outside but it’s not very nice to look at a bunch of deceased cockroaches when trying to leave the house. on top of being very expensive... terrible management, terrible gardening and loud, obnoxious, screaming kids in the play areas during off hours--the times you'd like to relax. it got so bad at one point and went on for so long that a neighbor went outside and yelled for the parents to control their kids. plus freeway noise especially when it's rainy or cloudy. it used to be better a long long time ago back when it was also more affordable.
