I normally wouldn't do this, but I DO NOT recommend staying here for many reasons. The insulation in the apartments are terrible, your heat and AC will constantly run due to all heat / cold temps coming in from the lobby. The apartment could never get to the temperature set on the thermostat and if it did (only during winter) it would kick right back on shortly after. We had consistent electric bills exceeding $250-$350 per month in the winter and summer for a 2 bedroom apartment....CRAZY!!!!

When I lived there theylied and told me I had an eviction for 750 on my background check so they needed more security deposit money. I know they lied because when I moved out I applied for another apartment who did the same background check and they said no eviction was on my record. They also refused to do repairs to the unit I had a leaking sink a bathtub with no working stop. A garbage disposal that didn't work and a old stove that barely worked. When I moved out they replaced everything.

After looking online at the website that they have listed and I was very impressed with what they had listed. Now I can understand pictures and the actual place itself can be a little different. When I arrived at the complexes I was shown four different layouts.. To say I was disappointed is an understatement. The rooms were small and extremely outdated, and the one that I was shown that was "Updated" just had vinyl flooring and a fresh coat of paint on the kitchen cabinets. the lobby and hallways were filthy.. Office staff is nice. Maintenance responds quickly. Onsite playground, picnic area and pool. Laundry facilities onsite but dryers don’t work well. No privacy but that is just a normal part of living in an apartment building. Not bad if you need something budget friendly.

I have lived with Northview Heights since 2019. I lived at their apartments and for the last two years, I lived in their townhouse. Their entire team is a team of wonderful and dedicated people. Emily is great and is always so communicative with her tenants. Their prices were always good and fair and even when they would have to adjust each year, it was always a fair and understandable increase.
