Despite all the warnings and anxiety about buying off the plan, our experience with our off-the-plan unit could not have gone better. The apartment was amazing, the Northpoint manager, George, was attentive, proud of his work, and walked us through with the real estate agent to show us every aspect of the apartment on the day of settlement.
