I am the building manager of one strata complex, which was built by Northpoint Construction Group. From Day 1 building settlement, Northpoint is really looking after our residents reporting defects. No matter it is falling into builder responsible, Northpoint is always the first attendance and provide the resolution. Even now the 2 years minor DLP expired, Northpoint is still keen to help any matters brought up by Owners Corporation and Building Management Team.
