I am the building manager of one strata complex, which was built by Northpoint Construction Group. From Day 1 building settlement, Northpoint is really looking after our residents reporting defects. No matter it is falling into builder responsible, Northpoint is always the first attendance and provide the resolution. Even now the 2 years minor DLP expired, Northpoint is still keen to help any matters brought up by Owners Corporation and Building Management Team. We bought of the plan 3 bedroom apartment 6 years ago with Northpoint as the builder and Caxton as the developer. So you might say we are a long term tester of their construction. From construction to handover to maintenance, this is the team you want on your side. With an outstanding attitude of customer first, pride in their workmanship and efficient can-do attitude in after sales service, in my humble opinion, are the best we have dealt with.
