My oil light came on when I was driving by so I stopped because I saw a big Napa Auto Service sign on the building and figured I could buy a quart of oil from them, the lady behind the counter was very nice but the guy who waited on me was total jerk, harassed me about paying with a check saying he was afraid I was screwing him over. Wouldn't take my credit card because it was only for 1 quart of oil. He was just a a total jack!!! You came in at a busy time & I explained most of our oil is in barrels. When you didn't know what oil you needed I should have just said "I can't help" instead I took the time to look it up so you didn't destroy your car. I can't change credit card fees so we set a minimum amount at $10. Your checks had a out of the area address. I'm sorry for losing my patience & suggest you carry a little cash
