If you are a property owner, don’t waste your time. I spent hours on the phone with the sales rep explaining a situation that would be resolved in about a week or two. I explained maybe I should wait but he insisted on starting right away. I did so and followed all instructions. First, the property manager assigned never reached out then the next one only reached out once and asked me for information then went MIA.
