If you really hate someone, you should recommend they use Northpoint Asset Management. They are unorganized, difficult to communicate with, and have an extremely high turnover rate for employees. We went through 3 property managers in the 3 months we lived there. They are unresponsive and as soon as you get do get a response from someone, they no longer work there. I have to be honest about this review of Northpoint. Can’t speak of how others been, but when we notified for maintenance requests they was pretty good about getting it taken care of, that being said, my advice, your last month rent I would deduct the amount of deposit from rent, apparently they are not getting in a hurry to deposit it back. They want the deposit before moving in, they said 2-3 business days to get it, it’s going on 6 business days now as I’m making this post. Out of the 3 years I’ve been there not once had ... read more
Updated review. This has been an absolute nightmare. I moved from Tennessee to Texas almost 3 months ago, excited about relocating my child and I. Moving into this home has made the transition for us heartbreaking to say the least. There’s been issue after issue since moving in. The small things I don’t make a big issue out of because some things are expected and inevitable when renting a home. Granted, small maintenance requests are handled in a timely manner.
