Amanda has made my move in process amazing! Any questions or concerns I’ve had, she’s been very prompt to reply and get things handled in a timely manner. This is a great rental company with top tier customer service, and beautiful properties! Please strongly consider them if you’re looking to move.
Worst experience I’ve ever had with a property management company. I live next door to a home they manage. During a storm, a tree from their property fell into my driveway. The tenants that live there immediately made a maintenance request. Between the neighbor and myself. We called them about seven different times and submitted 2 to 3 requests and almost 2 weeks later the tree is still down and in my driveway. PLEASE BEWARE of this leasing company. I rented a 1 year lease and had nothing, but issues . I moved out of the home 3 months ago and have yet to receive my full deposit or itemized deduction list. My property manager was Andre Thirkield & Regional manager Benjamin. This place lack communication so bad that’s it’s ridiculous. Despicable crook like business. This company uses every trick in the book to sly money from their customers. We started off with a bang with Northpoint when we moved in and the house was disgusting. Smelled of cigarettes, roaches, dirt, used clothing and dirty bathrooms. They did nothing to accommodate us, we had to pay $500 for a pest service and deep clean the entire house ourselves (not to mention sleep with the windows down for the first month). PATHETIC.
