Omg!!! I llloovvveee my new home and Ms April has been so helpful and reassuring I’m blessed to meet her and Ms Shellye they have reassured me and made this transition very comfortable and easy and answered all my questions. I mean ALL my questions were answered! Understanding is an under statement, I can go on and on about these two ladies but you get my point. Yyyaaayyyyyy!!

I would just stay away from this property management if you have that luxury. Kept our deposit, and was terrible with repairs, communication, etc. Keep reading if you want the details. Our previous management company was bought out by this one. Started receiving weekly emails that our deposit was not received, called and they said it was an automated system nothing they could do about it. I had rented from another place for 5 years and decided I needed to upgrade the house. We went with this company and WORST MISTAKE EVER. We didn't even make it through the entire year lease due to their neglect of my property. ALSO BEWARE BECAUSE THEY WILL BREAK THEIR SIDE OF THE LEASE BY NOT FIXING ANYTHING AND THEN WILL COME FOR YOU FOR MORE MONEY AFTER.
