Shellye has probably been the saving grace for this place! I absolutely love the property, and maintenance has been amazing whenever I need them. They come in and they get everything fixed ASAP. I have been having a hard time getting a hold of my property manager, but Shellye has been there every step of the way trying to get matters resolved.
Shellie really is the best!!! Oh my God!!, I never seen some one like her, with that excellence in Her Customer care. She really is the best person to go to, she is very knowledgeable and very well known by many people, no question went unanswered with Shellie, She always answered every question I had and always happy to answer and give me what ever information I needed. Omg!!! I llloovvveee my new home and Ms April has been so helpful and reassuring I’m blessed to meet her and Ms Shellye they have reassured me and made this transition very comfortable and easy and answered all my questions. I mean ALL my questions were answered! Understanding is an under statement, I can go on and on about these two ladies but you get my point. Yyyaaayyyyyy!!
Shelly was an amazing help throughout the entire process. She responded to my questions in a timely manner and made the process of moving much easier. I can’t thank her enough for her help.
I would just stay away from this property management if you have that luxury. Kept our deposit, and was terrible with repairs, communication, etc. Keep reading if you want the details. Our previous management company was bought out by this one. Started receiving weekly emails that our deposit was not received, called and they said it was an automated system nothing they could do about it. Our shower leaked and started growth spores started to appear on the baseboards by the shower, instead of fixing the problem at the source... read more
