I don’t even know where to begin, but I’ll start with the most recent experience with this company. We have a pipe that burst outside and have had our water turned off for now 5 days. They sent a contractor out immediately to give them an estimate for “approval”. NP says they are still waiting on approval from the homeowner to fix. 5 days without water with 2 adults, 2 kids. Northpoint USED to be on it, now they are just a joke. Claudia doesn't respond in a timely manner. Didn't respond one time for 2 weeks. I email 3 people with not much luck. Superiors don't address issues. They don't go to me I have to go to them. No communication, unless you count me always emailing and calling them. I've lost complete trust in them. I try to give grace because at times I know people can be busy but the service provided by this company is terrible. Constant property manager changes and no matter who it is it is nearly impossible to get a response from them. I’ve asked several times for contact info of someone I can speak to in person and no response. Not long after moving, in the plumbing backed up flooding several rooms. Horrible experience renting through this company. For starters they are sooo unreliable, unresponsive and very unprofessional. Moving in was hell because our property manager never replied to our emails we had to call him. Now we are moving out and they are very unresponsive to all emails sent and also the home was super dirty when moving in. Save yourself the headache and do not rent with this company.
