Since moving into my new place, I’ve been working with Uzair Sheikh, the assistant to my property manager, and he has been incredibly helpful! He is always responsive, professional, and quick to help with any questions or concerns I have.
We drove an hour for a self-guided tour only to get there and have a whiteboard saying “this property has been leased.” Why confirm a self-guided tour and have the house still on the market? Can only imagine how they treat their tenants, bullet dodged.
Stay away. The worst group I have ever dealt with. I would give them no stars if possible.
If you really hate someone, you should recommend they use Northpoint Asset Management. They are unorganized, difficult to communicate with, and have an extremely high turnover rate for employees. We went through 3 property managers in the 3 months we lived there. They are unresponsive and as soon as you get do get a response from someone, they no longer work there.
