Stay away. The worst group I have ever dealt with. I would give them no stars if possible.
If you really hate someone, you should recommend they use Northpoint Asset Management. They are unorganized, difficult to communicate with, and have an extremely high turnover rate for employees. We went through 3 property managers in the 3 months we lived there. They are unresponsive and as soon as you get do get a response from someone, they no longer work there. I had the extreme pleasure of working with Sheikh Uzair to get some information. He is kind, patient and knowledgeable. He is wonderful to work with.
I don’t even know where to begin, but I’ll start with the most recent experience with this company. We have a pipe that burst outside and have had our water turned off for now 5 days. They sent a contractor out immediately to give them an estimate for “approval”. NP says they are still waiting on approval from the homeowner to fix. 5 days without water with 2 adults, 2 kids.
