Stay away, Simple, stay away I used them few years ago. I wasn't happy at all, and at the end on top of that, at the end, my home was on lien after that, and not only me, there is another few homes, according to the construction company , that on lien . why? during the ice storm, my house and many others, got damage, North point had my ok to go head and repair that. I recently needed service done to the oven and it was taken care of the next day. Northpoint Asset Managment provided the best customer service I have ever experienced as a tenant.
The quality varies greatly depending on the person in charge. The reply is rare and his claim is doubtful. I want more accurate reporting. I hope they deal with problems by a team.
I’ve been a tenant 3.5 months and the house has been in terrible condition since I leased it; I was promised the issues would be resolved once I had a property manager. The communication is terrible, house far overpriced, I haven’t had gas / hot water for showers, kitchen sterilization, laundry and now no heat. There is a rat infestation that has also been ignored.
