Great customer service
I’ve been paying on this house owned by Northpoint since the 5th of November but didn’t move in until the 11th, so I think I have been there long enough to make an educated review. The rent is a decent price at 1700 with the required services of 65 additional. In the Atlanta area 1770 isn’t bad as I was paying 1999 before. Prior to moving in, we did a walk through and everything “seemed” to be fine. I didn’t realize some of the problems until after moving. Would not recommend this company to lease from or to manage a property The pros: -you have a roof over your head - Accomodating pay schedule The cons: -Antiquated systems - Extremely slow maintenance turnaround -Foreign customer service -Disengaged property managers -Rental not cleaned prior to move in
Well the home I received from north point started out well for the first week. Then my AC went out which they fixed in a timely matter. Later it was discovered there was an entire rat infestation in the home. I caught at least 8 personally before they approved for pest control to come and seal up the home because it had many openings. Then my refrigerator went out and it took them a week to fix it. My final straw was mold on bathroom ceiling which took them a month to have someone come and fix it. they told me to find a hote... read more
