Candelaria was excellent. Gave me a full tour and was able to apply and move in within two days. Assigned parking is nice and complex is quiet. Good location
Northpoint property manager Lauren and leasing agent Taylor are the best. They guided me smoothly through the move-in process and answered all my questions. They went above and beyond to make sure I was happy in my new apartment.
Save yourself a nightmare situation and don’t live here. The floors and walls are paper thin. You either have somebody stomping on your head or the neighbor below will make your life miserable for simply walking around your apartment. The amenities are subpar and dirty. I had a squirrel living in my wall for 18 months. The issue never got resolved. Good luck to whoever moves in, you’ll have a rodent scratching at the wall all hours of the day. Squirrels may or may not possibly live in the attic space of building NN and other buildings ;) Many things I would say after living here. Nothing good to say… management is…. Yeah you can probably guess. I would not personally recommend. In response to management’s reply to this review: I don’t believe you.
There is a major ant problem in this complex. I have been here for a year I have put in numerous requests for something to be done about it and I’m always left hanging. They have called maybe twice in regards to someone coming out to spray and it’s always day of so I’m unable to have them come to our unit. I also have two cats and need to be aware of where they are spraying for my cats safety so that’s why I need to be home. The ants aren’t even coming after food.
