If you value your sanity, run from this place like it’s on fire. The only saving grace is the maintenance team, who are hands down the best I’ve ever seen, fast, professional, and the only reason this complex isn’t in complete collapse. They deserve medals for holding together the disaster the leasing office creates daily even when the dumpsters are always broken and trash just piles up around the complex. My mom got to live out to her last three years there I was able to visit her every morning been a lot that she was able to get in there right across the street from me. They didn’t have to rent to her, but they did so for that. I appreciate Northpoint
I have lived here for a year now and have been very happy. This is an awesome spacious apartment. Everyone in the office is so friendly and helpful when you need anything and the maintence team goes above and beyond and are so fast at responding to any request you make. The amenities are great. I especially love the pool in the summertime! If you’re looking for a homey apartment this is your place.
