Health Concerns, Repeated Water Leaks and Unfinished Repairs We’ve lived at Northpoint Apartments for several years and have now had four separate water leaks in three years—two of which occurred this year and have remained unrepaired for over six months. Each time, maintenance starts the job but leaves it unfinished. Our ceilings have been left open for weeks with insulation and drywall exposed, and no drying equipment has ever been used.
