I rented my apartment at Northpoint online and so I took a big chance that I would like it. I do. The manager, Stephanie, is professional and very helpful. The apartment was clean (except for some trash and toys I found under the fireplace) and spacious. I have a 2 bedroom/2 bath unit with a fireplace and washer/dryer connection for a rent that is cheaper than many 2/1 units in the area. I've lived here for 2 yrs and I absolutely love our current manager and maintenance ppl. Jaden and Ramon do an awesome job are are a great team. Ramon is on it and makes sure things are done in timely manner and done right. Jaden is professional and friendly. He is also on top of things and takes care of things asap. I like that we are a gated community and it is clean and maintained. Hands down we really do have the best team here now.
All systems are working great. My new ac and carpet are great. The apartment manager Jaden And maintenance personnel Ramon did a awesome job putting it all together.
Best Apartments around. Vaulted Ceilings, A/C and a real fire place with Balcony overlooking the secured gated community. Plus the Manager Phil is wonderful he keeps a tight rains on the facility and Dave the Maintenance guy is Johnny on the spot and is like McGiver. I swore! Would never do apartment living but I am so glad we did. Thanks Guys for all that you do for us
I arrived on time to my scheduled tour, and when I showed up, the door was locked. They had no signs saying they were closed or that someone would be out for lunch, which would’ve been understandable. However, it is immature and unprofessional to go as far as making it a point to confirm the appointment a few days prior, and then choose to ghost a potential resident.
