Forgot to mention my monthly utility bill at Northpoint is very inexpensive too.
These apartments are really nice, very quiet and well maintained. The gated landscaped courtyard is a real plus. Jaden and Ramon have been quick to respond for any maintenance issues which are few and far between. The assigned parking is great!! You never have to worry about a place to park. I will be here at North Point apartments for many more years.
The apartment is not bad and the price is not bad also but they rip you off on the utility, I am paying more in utility for an apartment then I pay for my house which is more then double the size and that is for the complex utility, the apartment utility is separate and I pay to Richland utility
