This is my preferred Healthcare facility for many reasons but the most reason is how happy the staff were to help me during my stay. You cannot fake employee happiness. Christus must be taking care of their people which means their people will take care of us. Thank you!
They did really great & helped me with my knee. Was on top up it & took care of it didn't have to wait very long
Wonderful facility and a blessing for the entire Longview area. These people are wonderful and it's never busy and they took excellent care of me in a very short time. I highly recommend this facility over the crowded older ER at the main hospital!!!
went to North Park ER for stitches to a finger. Triage was only 5 minutes for one person ahead of me. There was no wait in the room as the nurses and phy moved quickly to take care of me and were very thorough about addressing my allergies. Their concern was obvious and appreciated. Not to mention the warm blanket!!
Had a apt for a scan this morning I've used this place many times always friendly even checking me in. But this morning one of the lady's (Felicia)was calling my last name but was pronouncing it wrong 2 times I asked if she was saying jaclyn Morris ?since I wasn't the only one waiting and she wasn't saying it even close to my name?She repeated it incorrect again then treated me like I was the idiot for not responding to a unpronounced name we all have bad off days but treating people who come in for medical like they are th... read more
