Right now I would give zero stars due to the nurse he first was seen by at front desk. His blood pressure was 190/ 130. When I ask the nurse how long it would be before he was seen she laughed and told me she didn't know. No triage system here. I thought high blood pressure should have been addressed immediately. Been here almost an hour and still waiting due to people coming in coughing. What happened to a real ER system. There are people here that could have been seen earlier by their own doctor. North Park is great never want to go to any other emergency room
Love this place Pick them over Good Shepard and regional any day
Make sure Dr. S. Rahim is NOT ON DUTY!!!!! If he is save yourself the bull crap...just go to any other emergency room. He is extremely rude and unprofessional. And if you ask questions cause you don't understand something he said he will raise his voice at you and then walk out the room. This is NOT the first time to be treated by someone unprofessional day the er. Love the rest of the building tho...the Dr's (in the offices upstairs)are awesome.
