I have lived in this complex for 2 years. Prior to this complex I lived in 5 others. This is by far, the best place I've lived in. When I rate it, I'm considering everything from the quality of living to the trash service. The maintenance team is fantastic! They respond quickly and are thorough with repairs. At my renewal they had to raise rent that year, but in return they made 4 upgrades to my apartment as well as cleaning the carpets and touching up the paint on the walls. We were involved in the 09-10-13 apt fire. Management was apathetic. Clark Lindstrom the regional manager snapped at me. What are you wanting then, he asks. I wasn't even talking to him I was talking to the leasing agent. The lease has a NO liability clause which they pointed out excessively. It's also illegal to have in a lease. They knew about electrical problems in the building prior to the fire which was electrical! I was involved in the apartment fire on the 23rd of July and they were rude from the start of everything. The immediately evicted me and told me I was to have all my things removed from the apartment by Tuesday morning. There was no where for me to go and they did not care, they never offered any assistance and showed no sympathy towards me and the others in the apartment complex.
