Advertise luxury living and it's not! The exterior is rundown and very dirty. The guest parking is a joke! The rent is so over priced for what you get! Cannot wait for the new development next door to open to leave this badly managed complex!
You pay dearly for non locals to use the recreation areas and gym, it is the fun club of non locals. The condo is poorly managed, the mailings are a mess, I have all the evidence that my son's passport was delivered to the condo and they simply say it is not there, they managed to lose a document of utmost importance and the people working at condo still treat you poorly, it is unfortunate. Do not recommend, the price does not match the quality.
This is a great community with friendly and helpful staff. I will argue with anyone who thinks otherwise.
