Drove an hour one way to for them to cancel on me when I was parked outside.. they called and reminded me several times & told me not to be late for this appointment. So I get there and they cancel on me last minute. Terrible customer service. Receptionist was nothing but rude. Glad I read some of the reviews I would have changed my mind sooner.. Hope nobody makes the mistake bringing their business here.Â

good place for what u need but careful cuz they cut my kittens nails without me asking or informing me that it was done and my kitten fell from a 5 ft cat tree that was made for him. greatful my kitten is ok and beyond mad that they did that. And ik other kittens this has happen too. so be sure to let them know exactly what u want and nothing elseÂ
They are all about the money, have poor character, poor morals and won't think twice about stealing from a non profit.Â
