This company is poorly run and desperately money hungry. They rely so heavily on AI that they can’t even answer simple questions about the services they provide. They try to force any fee they can. They are adding WiFi into the rent, but they clearly did no research on the company they got the WiFi from. It’s more expensive and slower. If any leasing companies use Gigstream RUN. Outstanding organizational and administrative skills. Very effective and efficient communications. Accounting, financial and legal functions are all excellently handled. Associations and co-owners maintenance needs for repair services and contractor proposals handled promptly. I believe this is the best management company in the local TC area, and we looked at all of them.
