Outstanding organizational and administrative skills. Very effective and efficient communications. Accounting, financial and legal functions are all excellently handled. Associations and co-owners maintenance needs for repair services and contractor proposals handled promptly. I believe this is the best management company in the local TC area, and we looked at all of them.
Northland was fantastic!. We rented a home managed by them for 2 years and they went above and beyond with all our needs. The house had some issues in the 2 years we were there and Northland was always quick to respond with repairs. Emily is such an asset to that group and cared about our needs and was always checking in. During the BIG ice storm they checked on us constantly. Northland Property Management to over managing our HOA about a year ago. They have done a tremendous job of sorting out the mess that our last property created and are doing a great job overseeing our property.
