Never called to inform me of a cancelled appointment. Was told I would get a call to reschedule that same day and did not receive a call until 2 weeks later. Tried calling 10 times in 3 hours and kept getting a busy signal to return their call before my rescheduled appointment. They never called back or emailed me. Dr. Naud seemed nice enough when they would let me go to an appointment.
My husband has been seeing Dr. Jason Naud since he took over the practice last year. Very good care!
Dr. Naud took care of a periodontal issue that my son was having. He was very good and patient when explaining everything. He always asked if we had questions and gave his cell number to us on the weekend after the oral surgery. I would highly recommend him to anyone.
Dr Naud had to cut through a bridge and extract a tooth that was giving me problems. He was very good explaining all my post extraction options and was very patient in listening to my concerns and addressing those issues. When I was done with that appointment everything went very well and I had no problems. He even called me the following day a Saturday to see how I was doing and if I had any questions. Now that's a great Dr.
